Compact Pre-Treatment Units are preferred in facilities where constructing reinforced concrete structures is difficult or impossible. At the entrance to the unit, there is a fine screen followed by a sand and oil trap. Particles larger than 6 mm are retained by the fine screen. The waste retained in the screen is compacted and washed in the screen helix to remove organic matter and is discharged from the system. The sand accumulated at the bottom of the sand retention chamber is removed from the system via horizontal and inclined augers. Continuous aeration of the sand retention chamber causes the oil that accumulates on the surface to be skimmed off and collected in a container, which is then discharged from the system via a pump. The system is designed according to the continuous operation principle.
The compact unit is delivered as a complete system including process equipment, automation panel and system, ventilation unit, and oil pump. The tank and steel components are made of stainless material, while the diffuser line is made of PVC. The Compact Pre-Treatment Unit is preferred because it combines multiple equipment into a single unit. This provides significant advantages to the user in terms of initial investment and operational costs.
