Automatic Polymer Preparation Units are equipment used for the automatic preparation of polyelectrolyte to be used in the sludge dewatering units of treatment plants. The system consists of three sections: dissolution, maturation, and storage. Water taken into the system via flow control instruments combines with dosed dry polymer and enters the dissolution section. Complete dissolution is achieved by the rapid mixer located here.

Description
The solution then proceeds to the maturation section, where it is matured using a slow mixer in this section. The polyelectrolyte solution, which is now ready for use, is stored in the storage section for use when required.
The rapid mixer, slow mixer, and all other components are manufactured from stainless steel.
